This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ), is an invitation for prospective firms or independent contractors to qualify to provide Professional Engineering Services for the City’s Traffic Services and Transportation Planning Divisions as they relate to cycling infrastructure and as described in the Bid Document. Only the General Contractors on the prequalified list will receive further notices of procurement covered by the prequalification list.
