Description: 

To procure the services of a Construction Manager to manage and implement the construction of the Downtown Brampton Flood Protection works located in Wards 1 and 3 to remove flooding risk from the Downtown area and allow for the lifting of planning restrictions.

The substantial performance of work is expected in March 31, 2028.
